It's my goal to make your experience buying from an independent artist a wonderful one and to make sure you're happy with your new artwork!

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery of the package with photos of the damage. I will offer you a refund or exchange for a piece of similar value. 

 

If you are unhappy with your artwork for any other reason, you may return it within 7 business days. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. When I receive the artwork in the same condition it was sent in, I will process your refund or exchange. 

 

If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. You are given opportunities to request changes during the development of the piece up until it is shipped.

Artwork will be shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed for finished pieces. Please allow yourself plenty of time for your artwork to arrive during major holidays. 

 

If I cannot ship your piece promptly (for example, while I’m traveling), a notice will appear on my Shop page. 

 

Artwork will be packed securely and with care in acid-free tissue paper, a waterproof sleeve and the appropriate cushioning. Please email me at sagekcotignola@gmail.com if artwork has been damaged in-transit. 

 

Your package will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on size. You will receive shipping information for your package following the date of shipment.
