This portrait will be illustrated digitally, and high-resolution digital files will be emailed to you at the end of the process.

The Process:

1. Make your payment on this page.

2. Email me at sagekcotignola@gmail.com with 1-3 images of you or your loved one. Include any details you'd like included in the portrait (such as background elements, interests, or color preferences). Feel free to send links or inspiration photos if that helps communicate your vision.

3. I will email you a pencil sketch of the portrait for your approval. Please allow up to two weeks for me to create your sketch. At this time, you will have an opportunity to request two rounds of edits to the image. If you change your mind and need addtional changes, you will be charged $15 per additional change.

5. After the sketch is approved, I will work on the finished full-color piece. Please allow up to three weeks for me to work on your custom artwork. I will send you a jpg of the image for your approval. At this time, you will have an opportunity to request two rounds of minor edits to the image. Please do your best to request major changes during the sketch phase.

6. After the painting is approved, I will email you high-resolution jpg, png and pdf files to use however you wish. Enjoy!
As this is a custom piece, there are no refunds or returns once the portrait is approved.

In the unlikely event you'd like to cancel this service before the portrait is finished, you may be refunded up to half of the fee depending on how much work has been done.
